Latin American Civ CultureEdit

The latin Americans are in some ways a mirror of their european colonizers, yet they have developed as civs in a different way than their founders. Their shared units are for the most part a counterpart of standard european units, and have a similar age up, system, and building set. Each Latin American civ has a unique building. Instead of the saloon, mercenaries are trained in the form of immigrants that can be chosen in a unique building called the post office which offers 3-4 selections of immigrant cultures, each with their own unique units and improvements. Once a culture is chosen, a covered wagon will be sent to the player allowing them to build an immigrant settlement and access the new units and technologies. Upgrades for units are Brave, Skilled, and Presidential, however these upgrades as a whole are slightly weaker than their european counterparts
